This is a color illustration originally published in Dragon Magazine (Fujimi Shobo) as promotional material for the series, and later included in official artbooks such as the High School DxD Visual Collection or volume-specific bonus inserts. It is a well-known summer-themed piece from the early promotional era (around 2011–2012).
